Despite a weeks break a rather slim selection for this weeks Roundup:- Anthony Barnett at Compass on how the internet can strengthen democracy.
- Also on Compass Gavin Hayes and Zoe Gannon on the Brown Minister the left have loathed since day 1 – Digby Jones and why he should go now.
- Toni Johnson from the Council on Foreign Relations picks up on the inevitable tensions between addressing climate change and economic growth – tensions the next US President will have to resolve.
- Also at CFR Robert McMahon on Pope Benedict XVI's visit to the US.
- And finally, worth another mention is the report I highlighted yesterday from Robin Simcox at the Henry Jackson Society on the laughable activities of the UNHRC.
From next week I'm going to expand this a bit - as you can see I've dropped the habit of adding a little commentary of my own against each highlight and so I'm hoping to be able to flag more output worth reading.
